September 11 Memorial for Phillip Hurt

(Updated 8/9/21) -

Dear Family,

After much thought we have decided to cancel the memorial service for Phillip scheduled for September 11 in Martinsville/Casey. Since we are once again experiencing rising COVID infections throughout our country, and the world, we felt it the prudent action to take.

We will instead have a very small and private internment of ashes at graveside. Please place Phillip in your hearts on that day as we pay our respects and say goodbye to a great man, uncle, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, husband, brother and brother in law.
