Hurt Reunion Will be Held September 3rd (Labor Day Weekend)

This year's Hurt Reunion is being hosted by Sherry Morris and Ron Hildebrand at their home in Kankakee. The maps provided on this page show how to reach their river-front home at 707 Dudley Grove Rd, Kankakee, IL 60901 from various interstates and state highways. Sherry plans to provide more detailed landmark guide descriptions to her home, and I will post them on the message forum when I receive them.

Please note, after asking everyone which days they could attend (9/3 or 9/10) it appeared that there were some conflicts for either day. We went with the date which worked for the most folks, Sunday the 3rd of September.

Sherry and Ron will be open for business starting 10:30AM on Sunday. They will provide meat dishes, liquid refreshments, flatware, cups, napkins (the usual tableware), and have adequate seating for everyone. They also have several board games and amusements for the kids. Take note: they live on the Kankakee River, so if you like to fish feel free to bring your own rod and tackle!

Each family is asked to bring enough potluck side-dishes and/or dessert dishes to serve themselves. That way things should average out across all attendees. If you have a specialty dish that includes meat, feel free to bring that, but Sherry and Ron will be providing the main meat courses.
